- - Rented online; on arrival the house was dirty and deteriorating, with traces of occupants.

Do not use their services going forward.
We rented a house through their website. We arrived at the house and found it falling apart and absolutely disgusting.
We could still see traces of the people that had been there before. When asking for a refund or to be moved to another house, we were denied that. They claimed ignorance on the issues mentioned and said they could send someone to fix them. 1) I'm not sure how you fix all of those issues in 2 weeks, and 2) I want peace and quiet while on vacation, no drills, no painting work, no plaster.
I want to hear the ocean! Rude and incompetent.
