Resort Property Management

We too have had a negative experience with these people from resort property management. They were supposedly renting our timeshare for $1899.00 and have heard nothing from them.

They were to get in touch with us and make us an offer when it came in. NOTHING!.

What's the most interesting about their ad is the primary address is in Scotland, not even in Florida where the property is. Can't say anything good about them except they are good at scamming people.

AKA- Doug Collins, John Williams, Scott Johnson, Colleen Rowe are all behind this madness of taking your rental deposit or say rental vacation money from you and holding it. This company was once called Key Largo Vacations that is no longer in business... website was re-registered in January 1st 2011. The name was changed, however the people were not. It's now called Resort Property Management LLC. Or near it's end of that name an soon to be another. This getaway has been flooded on Craig's List listing's, an Independent website showing you the properties called rpmflkeys.com. which is currently inactive. Half *** websites like map rentals and vacation home rentals.com. There ways were to conceal your monies for matter of time. Months before you get it back.... Including the B.S of stalling and saying they sent it back. Or it got lost ect. Soon you will hire a private detective, skip tracer, or lawyer.... or call detective by the name of Mike Wilkinson of the Monroe County Sheriff's Department 305-853-****. He is beyond tired on dealing with these people and the folks behind the scheme. By then you may start to see a dime or get the return back.

Another way to ruin your vacation was to say they booked you in the 96130 house called sunset eligance, an at the last minute give you directions to another house. A bait and switch tatic. Show you this and give you that.....The 3.7 million dollar home at 96130 overseas highway in Key Largo which is currently owned by Brian Dafoe a retired NHL goalie. John Williams is currently selling the house at 96130 Overseas Highway. Under Key Dream Realty. It's been off and on the market for the past two years. Once you think you are all set, you arrive in the keys at the house...... only to find out it's not the one you rented on your rental agreement. Whoops I made a mistake! Months planning, airline tickets ect. Vacation Ruined.

As mentioned..... the holding of the monies did result in getting it back...In fact five different people that I've spoken with did get there money back. Many months if not many weeks later.

The time and stress dealing with these people really leave a bad taste in your mouth about renting a house 1000 of miles away. Major rental websites like VRBO- home away....... have taken these people off there website. They have had too many complaints. Mapped rentals as well as vacation home rentals website's ect. are fly by night websites featuring this property. If your looking for a headache go ahead. The people that have responded on this page as well as the others on other scam report websites backing up these people......stated they stayed there, had no issues, had a great time. Are knee high in poo. The bad reviews on this house at 96130 overseas highway have started in late 2009....and have continued off and on since then. If you have sent your deposit in for one of there houses... Buckle up............Enjoy the ride.
