Resort One Club Changed to Resort One Weeks
I know this blog was started many years ago, but I didn’t realized I had been scammed out of $13,500. The website has been down for months. I called Jeff Hall about getting access to it. He promised weeks ago I would get a new password and be able to get into the site, but he just came up with more excuses, after calling him over and over again. I would like to file a lawsuit against his company. If anyone knows of the proper action to take, let me know. I don’t mind joining others who might feel as I do.

Resort One Club Membership Review from Youngtown, Arizona
I don't understand I've use their program for over 7 years now,and have yet to have a bad experience, have been to Mexico on the program California and Arizona, as matter of fact my last trip to Northern Arizona in Greer ar A WorldMark property and a gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. for $399 for a whole week. the couple staying in the condo next door to our family owns a timeshare there with them and pays over $980 a year in maintenance fees what part of this does not make sense I don't get it! I didn't ask them for what they paid for their timeshare because it's none of my business but I know it was a lot more than I paid for my membership to resort one. I find the website is extremely user friendly and have yet to have any type of A bad experience or bad accommodations.

Great experience with Resort One!
I don't know why everyone seems to be so upset with Resort One. I just came back from a trip to Maui, where they were able to get me a really great deal on a one bedroom condo. I spent less than $300 dollars, using one of their last minute weeks, for a week! There isn't even anything comparable for the price, service, and enjoyment I got. Because of how much I saved on my trip to Maui, I am already planning my next vacation. I used their concierge service to help me navigate the site, and was really pleased with everything.

Resort One is total SCAM
I got this package as a trial for $3594. The first time I called they were nice but weren't able to help me. I tried again on a cruise & had no savings. Third time I called for a plane ticket & asked repeatedly for help. They didn't return my calls. I finally got ahold of my salesman, who hung up on me, then called me back. He told me that our "concierge" would call me back but if I keep bugging her she wouldn't. I ended up taking care of arrangements myself & reported them to the BBB. BBB said they tried to contact them several times & got no response. I think the BBB A+ report they have on their site is totally bogus. These are total CONMEN. BUYER BEWARE!

Resort One Clubs is a big scam. Please beware and do not fall for their sales pitch.
This is a total scam. Please do not believe their sales pitch. This was supposed to be much better than a timeshare, because you could use participating resorts all over the world. We bought in because they offered an attractive package. 4 and 5 star resorts for half the price of most weekly rental rates. We paid $5000.00 for our package. We started searching for resorts and only found resorts in the most undesirable areas. We were promised 2 bedroom/2bath. We could only find studio size. When you call to complain they lie to you and make promises that they will not keep. The resorts are run down and in unknown places. Most families do not spend a week's vacation in Yahoo, Town. We gave Resort One $5000.00.
