Resolved 5X Foaming Carpet Cleaner? Foam? Maybe not.
- - On April 15, I bought two cans of Resolve 5X Carpet Cleaner from Walmart.
- - One can worked, the second did not foam and came out as a steady stream.
On April 15th, I purchased two cans of Resolve 5X Carpet Cleaner with foam action. One can worked perfectly.
The second one, however, never foamed. It just came out in one steady stream of liquid. I'm not happy at all! I purchased it from Walmart.
My order number at Walmart was 200014****20961. Thankfully, I took a video on my phone.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Do not count on it foaming, no matter how hard you shake as recommended.

I felt like I wasn't being heard and that my complaint wasn't important. Personally you guys should offer to sell it on your website. Ohio especially in the Medina area doesn't sell it.

Total loss of new Resolve apray
- - New Resolve bottle arrived wet and cracked; most liquid is lost.
- - The sprayer sprayed the kitchen; the receipt was ruined and I cannot use the bottle.
I bought a new bottle of Resolve yesterday. Once I got it home I noticed the container was wet and upon checking, the plastic bottle was cracked on the bottom side and the bag was half full of liquid and the receipt ruined.
The sprayer also sprayed a large part of my kitchen. I cannot use the bottle and have lost almost all the liquid.
This bottle was very expensive and its a total loss. What can you do to assist me?
