No one ever called me back or replied to my emails

After placing several calls to Calista in online orders, and emails on their platform, no one ever called back to state that the size I requested was changed to 7-1/8. So incredibly frustrating. Whenever I called, she was "out". This is the week of Christmas orders. Either they have a skeletal crew in Austin, Texas, or they just simply don't care about customers who've paid a great deal for this special gift. Very disappointed in them. AMayudrey

User's recommendation: Find the hat locally, or on Amazon. Customer service here does not exist.
