Floppy hat
I wear this hat everyday to work but I noticed it had gotten very floppy and stretchy since I have been wearing it. I took it to Boot Barn and the employee said the hat shouldnt be floppy like mine is and suggested I call Resistol customer service. I have not heard back from resistol yet, but I wish to hear back from them soon.

How to make an older favorite straw hat stiff again. I received no correspondence from Resistol as to an answer. I love my 20 year old George Strait model straw hat and want to recondition it.
I have a 20 year old George Strait edition straw hat. A lot of miles and a lot of life.
Its very sentimental to me. Its dirty and old, but I want to recondition it to be stiff again and continue to wear it. I want to do it right and wanted to do it as the factory recommends. My only resource now will be third-party and third-party products.
My concern is the correct information and the loss of a special hat.
I have been looking at a George Strait Resistol replacement hat for the last month. I will buy another one, but will never again rely on Resistol customer service for any type of help in the future.

I made a purchase and realized I needed to change the shipping method. I contacted customer service and spoke with Ryan and explained the circumstances.
Customer service is only as good as their product! Let me tell you that the customer service is as awesome just like their hats!!

After placing several calls to Calista in online orders, and emails on their platform, no one ever called back to state that the size I requested was changed to 7-1/8. So incredibly frustrating.
Whenever I called, she was "out". This is the week of Christmas orders. Either they have a skeletal crew in Austin, Texas, or they just simply don't care about customers who've paid a great deal for this special gift.
Very disappointed in them. AMayudrey

If their customer service has no suggestions that doesn’t make their service poor. It makes you entitled, arrogant and sound ridiculous. BTW, one hat purchased twenty years ago hardly makes you a loyal customer.
