Change method of shipping before too late

I made a purchase and realized I needed to change the shipping method. I contacted customer service and spoke with Ryan and explained the circumstances.

Customer service is only as good as their product! Let me tell you that the customer service is as awesome just like their hats!!

No one ever called me back or replied to my emails

After placing several calls to Calista in online orders, and emails on their platform, no one ever called back to state that the size I requested was changed to 7-1/8. So incredibly frustrating.

Whenever I called, she was "out". This is the week of Christmas orders. Either they have a skeletal crew in Austin, Texas, or they just simply don't care about customers who've paid a great deal for this special gift.
