Need to fill out the form regarding the idea that I never got
My package never got to me and I had to fill out a form because of that it's a lost form or something I don't remember what they said it was I need somebody to resend that and so I can fill it out and send it in so I can get my refund

Cant find nowhere ac adapter cordless home phone model kxtgd830
i have searched everywhere for this ac adapter i just bought this phone 2 months ago. my ac adapter got split and trying to replace thuis is a joke, went to best buy oh we cant help you no parts to order it will be the last time i will buy panasonic products no number.why cant i find this.

Package has not arrived
Hi,
I ordered a pair of trainers through Amazon and the tracking number said it has left the London facility, and it has not been updated since the 4th of April.
I have not received my package.
The delivery was supposed to be the end of March, then it changed to the 12th of April, and then it tells me that I have to contact the seller as your package may have got lost.
When I enter the tracking info on the USPS website it remains telling me the package has left the London facility and no further updates. It also says the package delivery today between 7am and 8pm and then by 9am changes delivery tomorrow and every day when I check it keeps doing this. I have no new information to tell me where the package is.

Haven't received all my packages, and they have already started taking payments. Being left on the phone for hours and not being helped. No consideration for customers and that is not how business should be run.

They were supposed to call me back 7/6/2020 to return items received. Since they still haven't sent the rest of the items which is the base and pillows.
They did not call me back, and I am tired of being on the phone over three hours before hanging up in anger. I have stopped payments so maybe they will get in touch with me now. I want the payment they received back and I will never do business with this company again or anyone I am affiliated with.
I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau. This is not how you do business.

Well if your credit wasn't in the hole then maybe you could've used standard lines of credit. Your problem lies with the vendor not affirm.
There will be more damage if you fail to pay.
Lastly the better business bureau is nothing but a glorified yelp. That's usually the last gasp of any patron that has no tooth in the fight when they bring up the bbb.
