Last month, I tried to attach my bank account, so there are no fees, and three days later I received a $40 returned payment fee. This month, I received a text saying there is an additional $15 fee for the same issue.
My money is from a fixed income, and last month I had fees due to having to pay in an additional way, which I did, altogether totaling $70 in fees that I'm not paying and want a refund for.
I pay as soon as my check posts. I need all fees reversed.
