If i could give this hotel a negative rating I WOULD, I was in town for a wedding on 2/15/23 to 2/20/23, checked in to the hotel on Wednesday night, didn't stay just checked in so that I didn't lose the reservation. Went the next day only to drop off my luggage and left returned around 10:30 that night showered and went to sleep. On friday came back around 11 pm showered and went and laid down when I felt something crawling on me looked and it was a roach, I jumped out of bed told my husband what happened started gathering our items to leave whenI went in the kitchen and opened the drawer another roach came out. We packed our stuff and headed to the front office to complain around 1:15 in the morning, however no-one was there but there was a note on the card reader stated that they had stepped out would return in 15 mins. I wasn't going to stay another minute waiting we left and ended up paying $250 for 8 hours because we had to check out and find another hotel for the remainder of our stay. The next morning I called expedia to explain and expedia called the hotel where they stated they didn't have a complaint from me on file and therefore there was nothing they would do to fix it, I explained that no-one was at the front desk to complain to and that I had a photo of the note that was left stating they would return in 15 mins. They kept telling me they would transfer me to the manager and just kept putting me in voicemail, I left a voicemail and never received a call back. I then called this morning 2/21/23 asking for the district managers number and they would not give it to me and then I kept asking and asking until they finally gave me her number, I left her message as well and no return call or acknowledgement still. I want a full refund of my money and they are telling me they would be keeping 3 nights worth including the night we left in the middle of the night.
