I live here at 16626 CHESHIRE Grove Lane and Ive been here since June I was told that our service for trash was free Im a renter the trash collectors are being very rude not picking up the trash animals are in the trash will be all over the street and they are being so rude Im reaching out because I got a complaint about a crate me in a yard so Im complaining about garage is still here 346274****

I'm trying to get contact info for a business, RESI SFR SUB LLC in Duluth Ga. It seems they purchase properties and rent them out.
We have such a property in our residential neighborhood and it appears it has been rented to students at a local university. For lack of a better description, it's like a frat house. Loud parties, fireworks at night, etc. Police called many times.
We're trying to get a message to this business with the hope they will contact their tenets and reign them in a little.
If they want the collage experience, they need to move on campus. As mentioned, this is a residential neighborhood with people that have to go to work.
The address of the property in question is 18036 Doral, Fort Myers Fl 33967.
Neighbors are getting a little testy.
