Moved in to unclean apartment two weeks ago notified apartment manager said they would get it cleaned and other things do not work in the apartment but yet nothing has been taken care of yet
Leasing Staff Has Changed!
- - Package delivered 01-19-2015 at 1:13 PM, signed by the leasing agent; Christina West is new to the facility.
I had a packed delivered to the office on 01-19-2015 at 1:13 P.M signed by the agent and it states on the receipt that she signed. I go down to pick it up and she claims it is not here and there is nothing she can do about it to file a claim. Really? It states you signed for it and it should be here? She had made me walk to the back of the office and stated to "Go ahead and search for it, I don't know what to tell you".
It shouldn't be my job to look for a package that clearly states it was delivered by FEDEX and there is clear proof that it was signed by the leasing agent. I have a neighbor who was actually turning in her key to the apartment witness the whole incident of how rude she intended to be and it aggravated me and caused me to get upset of how cruel this lady seemed.
The agent's name is Christina West and she is brand new to the facility within the last week. I am beyond upset that the old staff has currently left because I thought they were so beyond friendly and treated us so kindly.
Now we just signed a 13 month lease here and regret we are staying at this residency due to such poor customer service and disorganizaition with handling peoples packages.
This will be getting settled tomorrow as we will go down and speak to the new manager in getting this resolved.

Oh but they have a lot of nice smile some promises before they get you in there. I have to send 50 words but I can't think of anything good to say so I guess I'll just say that they don't follow through with what they say they're going to do
