I was reserve for two night In The people marseille and the transaction of fees and taxes was passed and the hostel they contact me they told that the reservation is invalid

Made a reservation for one night at Holiday Inn Express in Marion Illinois. When I got the confirmation email, it was for a room in Marion Ohio. I was on hold for over an hour and went from 69 in the queue to 61. What a joke. I am forced to try to get my credit card company to fight this battle.

User's recommendation: When searching for a motel, skip over the ads in the google list and only call the motel itself.

Booked wrong city and refused to change error

Website claimed to be booking my room in Canton, Ohio but instead booked in Canton, MI. I called 10 minutes after receiving the email, and was told the reservation was non-transferable and non-refundable, even though I had paid $17 extra for booking "insurance." I filed a claim and was denied. Luckily, it was just $180 lost but what a garbage service.

User's recommendation: Avoid at ALL costs (literally).
