I have been with the hosting company for over 2 years now. About a year ago, they announced a price increase, but unblinkingly and secretly they also downgraded their services. Today I complained about service inefficiency and the support agent resulted in insulting me. When I reacted, he went ahead to suspend my account and threatened never to unsuspected it. He thereafter resulted to several threats, holding on to all my data of over 10 different websites.

Preferred solution: I want my data and full refund

User's recommendation: Stare clear of this brand, it seems it's even a one man business, because the said agent addressed himself as the General Manager
