- - Phone verification was done and photo ID submitted.
- - First sale led to client site deletion, account closure, and suspension.
Take note, resellerpanel.com is a crazy company run by a crazy person. These people don't understand they are trying to sell products to resellers, not clients!
I spoke with someone from resellerpanel.com on the phone to verify the account and submitted my photo ID. The account was set up; however, after our first sale/client deployment, the host deleted our client's website and closed our account. A buddy and I got together and spent a lot of time setting up their products on our joint venture website. After finally getting things sorted in terms of service and all the requirements they want (read the whole website and thought we understood what we were getting into), we finally added funds to the account and made our first sale.
Adding our first client to the reseller box resulted in immediate suspension, with no way to contact support (other than via email).
Support replied back that their collage detected fraud !?!?! IDK how this could be as we even spoke on the phone with resellerclub.com to become a verified seller!

Fraudulent practices, poor & rude customer service/ Illegal account suspension
- - I am a long-time customer.
- - Prices rose and services were downgraded.
- - Support insulted me and suspended my account; data from 10 sites is at risk.
I have been with the hosting company for over 2 years now. About a year ago, they announced a price increase, but unblinkingly and secretly they also downgraded their services.
Today I complained about service inefficiency and the support agent resulted in insulting me.
When I reacted, he went ahead to suspend my account and threatened never to unsuspected it. He thereafter resulted to several threats, holding on to all my data of over 10 different websites.
Preferred solution: I want my data and full refund
