I am locked out of my account and could not renew my domains. Now my whole server is down.

I have been in the hospital with open heart surgery and other problems. I tried to log in today and they asked me to change my password but the mail account is down because I could not change it

Preferred solution: New password to renew all of my domains and get my server running again

no reply from, reseller club, all tickets we create are closed after 7days saying no response, actually reply has to come from them only

Hi Team,
I had made fund transfer to my reseller account of Rs. 1000 on 21/06, and Rs.5000 on 23/06 and rs 1000 on 24/06.
All these amounts are not credited to my account.

I have raised several tickets and several chats over the past four month and till now the amount has not been credited to my bank account or even added to my funds in my reseller account.

They said it will take 10 to 12 days but it has been a month and till now no action is taken. I request you to take the action at the earliest else I may have to move all my domains to other service provider.
Treat this email as urgent and take action.
