Nonexistent refund

Originally received two 'free trials' by mistake which gave me two accounts.

Subsequently, received two full size which I returned to the company per their instructions on March 2, 2013.

Contacted them May 9 and was told that package had been received and I would receive credit on my credit card within 5-10 business days. None received.

Second contact - May 21, 2013 and was told it was not received.

Third contact - May 31 was told it had been received and would receive refund. Representative gave me his direct contact extension.

Fourth contact - August 6 was told account had been canceled as product received by them March 11. She 2ill forward information to corporate for refund. Asked for phone number for corporate and was told could not give it out.

Follow up on August 6 was with representative that had given me his extension number. He could not give me phone number but gave me city of headquarters. Have found them on RIPOFF REPORT. Am trying again.

Now feel I should receive refund plus interest charges.

Since dealing with this company I have refused to knowingly order anything with an automatic monthly renewal. You would be surprised at the reactions I get from the friendly customer service operator when I say no, it is not okay to automatically send it every month, in fact don't sent me any.

Guest

This is a terrible product, I also had a bad reaction to it. And they would not accept any returns nor credit my account.

I was getting charged before I even got the product to try.

I cancelled it and still got charged anyway. Such a scam.....

No phone number to contact to cancel

I want to cancel and can't I have no phone number. I can not use the product it broke my face out horribly.

This is bull. No paper came with the sample it shipped without anything. Does anyone have a number to contact this company. I don't want to pay for something I can't use.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. These company's do nothing but *** people and should be put out of business. Is there anything a consumer can do about things like this.

I M sick of companies such as this. Risk free trial yeah right

Don't be fooled by the return policy. Within 12 days of receiving my so called "Free Trail" I was billed an additional $89.98. I called the customer service phone number and the woman who answered was extremely rude and told me that she could not give me an RMA number. I had to tell her 3 times that I was on their web page and it clearly states that I need an RMA#. She final gave me the cancelation # & the RMA#. This was 30 days ago and I still have not received my refund even though they confirm that they received the returned product. My next step is to lodge a complaint with my bank to have the charges reversed! The contact info for these jerks is as follows;

Our Customer Care team is more than happy to assist you (yeah right) at 1-88*-***-****. For your security, all cancellations and returns must be processed by phone at 1-88*-***-****.

VERY IMPORTANT: We cannot accept cancellations or process packages marked “Return to Sender”. All cancellations must receive an authorization number in order to ensure proper processing. To get an authorization number, please call customer care toll-free at 1-88*-***-****

There wouldn't be complaints if ResDermatrol was a honest company. They talk in circles for one thing, when you do fine their scam terms.

Everyone Beware .....

If there such a great company (NOT) there would be NO NEED TO GOOGLE THEM. THE PRODUCT IS VERY POOR.

Guest

Most of the complaints on this site is from people too stupid to do a google search. Here is how to cancel your order - Found in 30 seconds with a google search.Subscription Delivery Schedule:20 days after placing your initial order, you will be charged for a full one-month supply of ResDermatrol (30 ml jar) for $89.98, charged to your credit card.

Then every 30 days, until you call us at 1-88*-***-**** to cancel, you will be charged for another one-month supply of ResDermatrol for the Platinum Members price of just $49.98, charged to your credit card.

Shipping, Processing & Packaging are FREE, for orders in the continental USA, for the life of your subscription. There is a $9.00 charge on recurring shipments to Canada.

ResDermatrol Fraud

An ad was on Facebook offering a free sample of this product. Of course you had to pay the shipping which resulted in my giving my debit card number.

***, ***, ***! Now my bank account has been hit for a fraudulent charge of $89.98. Please don't be taken in by the offer of a "free sample"! You will live to regret it.

The next catch is, you must call for an RMA number before you can return it because they will not accept return to sender packages. If you can't reach them, how can you get and RMA number?

BEWARE of this company. They say you have to read the fine print and yet where is that located?

Certainly not on the shipping paper that came with the sample because there is no shipping paper. Where are the acceptance terms? I had to go online to fine anything like terms and conditions. I did and this is what I found: IMPORTANT: If you choose the Subscribe Risk FREE and click 'Send it Now' you agree to the following: If you do not contact us, after 14 days you will be shipped a full one-month supply of ResDermatrol (30 ml jar) for the Platinum Members Price of just $89.98, charged to your credit card.

Then they go on to say that they will not refund your money even if you send the product back. And they they say that they will go after you.

I have to completely agree. This company is a fraud, they are rude and uncooperative.

I too sign up for the "14 day FREE trial" and did not recieve my sample until day 15. They waited 10 days from the day I signed up to even ship the sample and then my card was charged almost $80 two days later. I called the company on two seperate occasions it was like talking to robots. THey must have a customer complaint script that they just keep repeating.

They kept telling me it was MY fault that I didn't contact them when I didn't get the sample after a few days. They have a strict "NO REFUND" policy. I have filed a fraudulant charge complaint with my bank and refuse to pay. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS FREE TRIAL, IT IS NOT REAL AND THEY WILL JUST *** YOU OUT OF MONEY.

You figure if everyone who gets sucked in cancels after getting scammed for $80 this company still makes a load of money. They should be shut down!!!!!!!

I HAVE AUTHORIZATION CODE,and they still tell me my $89.00 refund will be posted with in 24 to 48 hours so I advise you to call Florida general attorney and file a complait.Just talked to them and now they say a check will be in the mail.I have waited one month so far

Guest

I started to order ResDermatrol and then canceled it at the last second before I hit the authorize button. Unfortunately my debit number had already been tracked and I was charged for the shipping.

It came unexpectedly in the mail. First time used, my face puffed up like a melon! My eyes nearly swelled shut. My lips were twice their size.

EWWWW!

I called 1-88*-***-**** and got a return authorization #, insisted the rep cancel all future shipping as I can't use the product. She told me to keep the product but all shipments will cease.

I'm experiencing the same issues other have voiced. I sent for the 14 day trial sample of Resdermitrol.

It arrived in an unmarked padded envelope, no shipping information, no paperwork at all and certainly nothing that provided me anything to allow me to return the sample. I've used the product religiously for over a week and have seen absolutely no results (I got better results from Olay Regenerist). Now as I attempt to make the return within the 14 day time frame, I'm running into stone walls trying to find out how and where to return it. There's no question that I'm going to have a fight on my hand trying to prevent them from charging my credit card the $89 per month going forward.

BE AWARE....THIS IS NOT A CREDIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT GET CAUGHT UP IN THIS...

Guest

I too have been charged $89.00.This was an unauthorized charge. My sample came with no paper work of any kind.I have a phone number to call but have not gotten thru.

I to am refuseing to pay.

I dare them to come after me. People who are running a *** like this don't want to rock the boat.

same thing happened to me

Guest

I agree with the above posts. The free trial offer is not free at all and I'm so pissed I don't even know if I trust trying the product. No product info, shipping info and I did not sign up for the $89 charge.

There is an 800 number to phone which I did to make sure i cancelled any further shipments or they would just keep shipping and we keep paying. I cancelled any more shipments-make sure you do !

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guest

I was getting ready to order. But I am glad I read these comments.

Sorry ladies!

it sound familiar with trials, it has happened to me before. Fraud, Fraud , Fraud!

Where is Cyber FBI?

Telitha Uhe

Same comments as the others. I have filed complaints with the state attorney general and the better business bureau.

Yes, details were in the terms and conditions, which were buried. A mistake my wife will not make again but in the meantime I am making it my job to warn any others out there of this company's shady business tactics. $89.98 an ounce for purified water based product, you gotta be kidding.

And yes, when the sample came there was no contact number to call and cancel. Finally got that info with a google search.

This is no company!!! It's a huge SCAM :( I'm having all the same issues as everyone else.

I was charged for my so called free trial, I called about it and got the same run a round. I told them that all the complaints on line were obviously true(I wish I had read them before ordering) they said I was entitled to my opinion and hung up on me. Mind you I was not rude, just making a statement. I called back and received the same operator "Mary" She basically said all are info.

is on our website. When you sign up for the free trial there's no mention of this site until after your charged and have to call in for a refund. How convenient for them. All I saw when I ordered was a link from a women in meridian, ID claiming what a wonderful product and its free.

Wow how gullible I am!

Don't make my mistake. Sorry to all you other women out there.
