Poor roofing job
- - Water leaked into an outlet after roof replacement, patch failed, Jeff Frye checked from ground, and Chris Edwards said nothing was wrong with roof.
Did not hear a reply from Rescue Roofing. Real customer service from a company that does not care after the sale.
After Rescue Roofing replaced my shingles, water started pouring into an electrical outlet and tripping breaker, something not experienced in 25 years before. They did come back and installed an unsightly patch which did not work.
After calling again, Jeff Frye came to inspect, not using a ladder, but rather inspecting from the ground. He said it was hard to tell when not raining. He declined use of a garden hose at his feet. His response was that water ran off a new roof faster.
He did not say how long the roof had to age to stop this. After sending them a video of the rain pouring into the outlet, Chris Edwards replied nothing was wrong with the roof.
He could tell this from 90 miles away. Extremely poor company to do business with.
- Poor follow up repairs
