The garbage can is gone. I sent the payment, so I'm not sure why the garbage can is gone. If the payment wasn't received, why wasn't I called?

Did not pick up recycle today
Nobody answers the phone and then they want you to pay $5 and enter your card information just to chat online with them. I think thats very poor service.

Missed pickup garbage at 2759 S Christiana,Chicago Il.
I feel very upset, this is the third time in a row when its a holiday the waste service is not done, I keep calling every time 3 or 4 days when they dont come until the next pickup. On 2759 S Christiana Chicago Il 60623
On my other place 2526 S Christiana Chicago they replace the old container and took the chain and lacks, on June 13th 2024 its time that they dont bring it back. Or put another one.
I have called to complain about this every week.
Could you please do your job as well as you charge for it?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Mistake on payment. Trashcan returned.
When my bank account was hacked, I had closed down bank account and opened another account, I thought I sent in and got everything changed. I did not realize the payments were returning and the bill had not been paid. I would have loved to have known, ( a bill would have been nice) so they didn't take my trash can and this bill would have been properly paid.

Changing services
Twice within the last 2 weeks they havent picked up our trash on our street & now our whole neighborhood. We have also personally been skipped 4 times with trash & once on recycling with our trash cans very visible & in their usually spots.

Miss pick up called about 5 times
On Wednesday, I noticed that the gray can was missed and called the same day. They told me to just leave it on the curb and that it would be picked up, if not on Thursday, from 5 AM to 6 PM.
That day, it was already late afternoon, so I called again and was told that it was scheduled.
On Thursday, it was not picked up, so I called again on Friday morning; still, nothing. I'm so pissed.

Poor customer service
Our business has a contract with Republic Service. They come every Wednesday to empty our dumpster.
Last week they never showed (I thought it might have something to do with Memorial Day). So I called yesterday to talk to someone about it and left a message. No one returned my call. I called again today and got a gentleman on the phone.
He stated that they came to my shop after we closed and the gates were closed. They came roughly 3-4 hours after the time they come every week. When I told him this, he said there was nothing he was willing to do.
It's not much money, but it's the principle. I'm really disappointed in their customer service.
Driver bad service and unacceptable reasons for changing containers
The driver, on two occasions, has left a notice about where we placed the containers and said they are not at an appropriate distance. However, I am in charge of leaving them where we have always placed them, and I had no problems until three weeks ago.
I requested a change of the compost and recycling containers because they are too big for our home. We attempt not to throw away garbage to protect our environment, and Republic Services claims that in our zip code, they do not have small containers, but they do offer them in other zip codes. Another excuse given to me was that because it would be a storage problem for them they don't want to bother storing a few small ones.
They also informed me that they have agreements with the city, which state that small containers cannot be offered in this area. All of this was conveyed to me in a phone call by the supervisor named Warren.

Missed pick up
You guys returned by 6pm to pick up my trash that they had missed earlier in the day!

I sold my property and business and explained the situation to Republic services many times, and they explained that they were going to cancel my contract numerous times. It got escalated four times to the higher-ups and no one has ever contacted me back.
I left nasty reviews and in those reviews her response was, they will contact me they never did then they asked me through the nasty reviews to contact them again, and when I replied that I would not contact them, they replied again that they would contact me and never did apparently sometime in March. They finally switched over to the new owner and never communicated this with me again this company is a pure trash company. I understand they pick up trash but you would never expect them to be trash as the same that they pick up , I cant believe how garbage this company is normally people throw things in the garbage because its not worth anything and I was over here paying for them to treat me the same way I throw things away in the trash.
This company will never EVER get good rates for sure. They are already A 1.x star trash company so Im sure they dont care anyway.

Called 3 times because my trash wasn’t picked up on Tuesday. It’s still on the curb!!

The truck driver did not pick up the garbage and I called early yesterday and they agreed to stop by during the afternoon and no one came. I called early today and they informed me that they canceled the order for my call yesterday because the driver reported that the garbage was not outside. I ask to speak to a supervisor because I have evidence from the cameras in my house where the garbage containers were outside the night before and they were scheduled to come today and no one came either.
