I was parked in a parking lot near a locked trash area in Dallas, TX. As the truck pulled up to the fenced-in area, the driver proceeded to get out of his vehicle and discard a can and an empty bag of beef jerky onto the ground.
I was absolutely dumbfounded at what I had just witnessed. A public servant doing the complete opposite of the job he is paid to do. I'm not sure if anyone cares, but your driver certainly didn't. When I mentioned it to him, he just threw his hands in the air as if to say, 'So what.' Plate # Texas VHP6219.

I feel that once garbage trucks the bins they should pick up whatever trash is left with the broom because its not nice. Its unhealthy and its like I dont care and its really really very unprofessional.Ps once the empty the garbage dumpsters they should pick up whats left at the like cans, cereal, boxes, and trash
Missed Pickups
Miss pickups at least 5 never come back on the next day always 4 or five days later but youbwant you payment on time

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The account manager telephoned me after looking at all of the times that my garbage wasn't picked up and looking at the photos that I sent to him, he spoke with someone and now my garbage is being picked up on time!
Trash day is scheduled for Wednesday. Sometimes, our street is skipped with no communication, other times only I or one of my neighbors is skipped. When I call customer service, I am told to leave the trash out and it will be picked up in 24 hours. Since when is 24 hours the weekend or the next week? The company's customer service is a joke. If you manage to get a customer service representative you can actually understand, you can expect to be told whatever it takes for them to get you off the phone. Why hire representatives that can't speak English well? Several calls, same result. A big fail! Missed pickup on a Wednesday, called, promised pickup within 24 hrs, called every day, now it's Saturday and the trash is still waiting to be picked up.
I complained to the township supervisor’s office about this and have been told that they are aware of the problem and working with Republic Services to correct the problem. Unfortunately, I don't have the option to use another company. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Stay away from using this company!

The truck driver extended the claw before reaching my trash can, which is 9 feet away from my vehicle, and tore out my back window. No one is answering the phone to make someone aware of the issue. I have filed a police report on the matter.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The driver stops at my home now to pick up the garbage on the day scheduled! They have a high turn over rate and it takes the drivers a while to learn the route
I have not had my trash picked up in 10 days! I was promised by Kim in customer service, it would be handled today!
I called and talked with her on several occasions and she promised Me it would be picked up today. I have had this happen on numerous occasions.
Terrible service has not picked up for the past two Mondays my yard waste
I have asked for a supervisor multiple times and never gotten a phone call back even though they promised it I called first thing this morning to make sure that they would pick up my yard waste and they did not. Its already 7 PM. This is happened multiple times.

I ordered a 40-yard dumpster to clear out furniture and clothing from my property, but it arrived late, leaving my workers idle and still charging me. After countless frustrating calls, the wrong dumpster was delivered a few days later - a 10-yard one for construction cement, costing me $1,100!
After numerous calls and being put on hold indefinitely, they want me to pay an additional $1,100 for the correct 40-yard dumpster next week. They refused to correct their mistake and charged me more. This entire experience has been a nightmare, wasting my time and money due to their incompetence. This company's monopoly allows them to treat customers with blatant disregard.
I refuse to pay for their mistake and urge everyone to avoid this company at all costs.
Their service is disgraceful, and they will exploit you for their own errors. Stay away!

My next-door neighbor and I have been missed on trash pickup day two weeks in a row. The company says it is open on Saturday, when they aren't.
This has happened four times this year. We are going to use another service.

I called today because I am selling my warehouse and getting rid of the dumpster. One of your employees called me back and asked about the new owner's contact information. I told her I didn't have it. Then she asked when I was closing, and I told her that none of her business. I don't have to give out that information to have my dumpster picked up tomorrow. To my surprise, she hangs up on me. When I called back, there was no resolution. Is this how you guys handle things?
It appears that you don't like me closing the account, and it seems like you want to keep inconveniencing me. I've reviewed all the invoices, and the charges vary significantly, making me suspect fraudulent activity. My trash service started out at $79 a month as per the contract. However, some months it was $240, others $180, just whatever you felt like charging me that month. This level of inconsistency is worrying.
This way of operating comes across as manipulative and foreboding, and I've been noticing many lawsuits filed against your company. Rest assured, you can expect another one from me tomorrow. Moreover, if my dumpster is not off my property this week, I will personally deliver it to the address located in Savannah, GA and bring a news reporter to document it. This kind of behaviour, in my opinion, qualifies you as crooks and criminals.
