I open the box and the screen has a couple scratches on them but has a protector covering the screen still you should not see any scratches if the screen is new.
Ended up buying another item from another source but I will still keep the lcd I bought just won't use it until i break the one i have. I was more upset on not getting updates for the shipping for a whole week which is why I proceeded to buy another screen because I was dealing with ghost touch to the point I couldnt use the phone

I tried contacting this company for two weeks now. Left several messages on their voicemail system and also sent several emails.
This is the worse experience I have had with any company. They sent me an iPhone 6plus that doesn't work. Ordered from another company and their screen works great.
Several complaints have been noted on iPhone 6 screens that are sent out by RepairPartsUSA that are broke. Will not order from this company again.
