Bought new thor gemini from cw avl..put about 1000 miles on it,brought back for service/repair.. Was told to pick it up in 7 days..waited 10 days..had not even been brought inside to begin. When i complained,was told they were/are too busy t o work on it...had no time frame and not apologetic

Conns - Warranty service

Bought a new samsung washer and dryer about six months in to it the dryer would not start,called service warranty repair it took two weeks for a repair man to even get ther and couldnt fix it because he had to order parts he said that conns wouldnt let them carry parts on there truck so another week before we can hopefully get our dryer fixed. NOT ACEPTABLE

After 5 times being scheduled for repair work,and not getting work done, I have wasted 20 plus hours of my time waiting on these people to show up DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on this. What a joke this company is.
