FAULTY ITEM, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO AFTER CARE
Bought a tube of Underwater Magic Mosaic Pool Sealant - White - 60g Tube.
The item arrived and was unusable as the glue was solid.
Emailed the email address I had been sent by the company when I ordered the item, but despite me chasing up a response, no response received in 2½ months. Finally, used another email and received plenty of one-line rude responses.
I was unable to return the item as it had been disposed of and the company would not replace as they required verification. Company did not respond to my questions with regard to the lack of replies/being ignored. Found this company to be unprofessional, rude and with a complete lack of empathy.
Didn't end up with the product that I had bought in good faith. Would never use this company again!!!

Faulty product
Purchased a tube of sealant, it came without a nozzle which is needed to use the product and also had damaged packaging, contacted the company and they told me I had to pay to send it back which is against consumer law. terrible experience and company. unfortunately 1 star is the lowest you can give.do not use,

I ordered a repair kit from this company 2/3 months ago and paid by paypal but to no avail. they eventually returned my email to call a person called Mary'
So I did as instructed but she seems totally confused about my phone call she handed the phone to a gentleman but I still did not get any satisfaction so I seem to have lost my money.
So beware anyone dealing with company as they come across as being dishonest.I would not recomm end this company to buy from or deal with in the future.

REPAIR PRODUCTS LTD - SHOULD REPAIR THEIR SERVICE
In late June I order4ed from Repair Products Limited, a colour repair kit for leather futniture. Despite several emails it has never materialised and now they just don't want to know.
the episode was confused by a post code alteration, but even when they were notified of this, and correct full address nothing has appeared.
PayPal are not interested at all, . So my advice to everyone out there is not to buy anything at all from this Company - they can't be trusted.de as much information as possible, you will not be able to edit your review but yoIu will be allowed to add on to it if you create an account during the submission process.
