I cancelled my subscription and I was still debited
I only pay the £1 fee and didnt do any subscription but £35 was taken from my account I want to know why?

They deducted money without any further notice or confirmation. To illustrate, Amazon Prime offers a one-month free trial, and after that, they ask you to continue the subscription and let you know that your free trial is expiring. I was expecting the same from Rentumo, but they directly deducted £35, whereas I no longer need this payable, expensive app to find a property.

Cancel subscription
I keep sending messages to cancel my subscription, but you keep sending me messages and taking money out of my bank account. This has been going on for two months now. I want my subscription closed and my money back, please.

Rentumo deducted money without informing that the subscription was going to expire or needed to be renewed. I think they should have informed their consumers beforehand.
However, fortunately, they were cooperative and have refunded me. Thanks, PC.

Unauthorised charges
Dispite cancelling my subscription you have still taken money from my account. This is unacceptable. Speaking to someone seems impossible

I install the rentumo for£1 for 4 days. After that if I continue the subscription further it will charge £35 per month.
Rentumo deducted £35 without any confirmation to epitome , Amazon prime gives free 1 month trial and after one month they dont deduct direct money from your account, they send email you for trial expiring and ask you if you want to continue it or not. As i was expecting the same from rentumo but they deducted money directly.
