You guys have greatly improved over that previous crew of rip off artist that were installed as customer service advisors , that

I was so out rage over the chargers for the service to my car that I did not authorize I called the manufacturer home office to report the conduct of the service employees at that location who in my opinion were Giving Chrysler a bad name in the service department and further told all the people I know never do any business with that dealership and further told them to tell everyone they knew never do business with that Chrysler dealership , and if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me

Over payment for the service I did not authorize that was added on after I had sgin the work authorization form , without consulting me first !! Very bad business practices!!!

Customer service lies and add

I went to Renton Jeep Dodge on November 17, 2022 I left about 645 the reason I was there for that long was because twice the man told me he made a mistake while he was working on someone elses paperwork and added gap along with a $4000 mechanic payment that I opted out of and I also signed when he reprinted it however they sneakily added it in my final paperwork I then called corporate the bank they said that they should rewrite the addendum and outline the errors I have left email with Lawrence Kelly, sales manager, Troy, and Darryl. I am highly disappointing these are the main things that we spoke about and I saw with my own eyes and signed in front of a third young worker who was there User's recommendation: Every single review I’ve looked at afterwards has been terrible for the past five years I feel like I was blatantly disrespected even though I was upfront about what I wanted and did not want an could and could not do
