This site is a scam and joke of a "company"
After taking our reservation and money almost two months in advance I had to contact the company wondering where my rental was as it was late and never an email from the service. My emails and phone calls were ignored for a few days and then a random text,,,, that's right I said text message came to our phone. It said what name did we use to reserve. I had no idea who this was and had to ask there was a few vague messages exchanged and then a blunt your reservation was canceled and after I kept asking why and trying to get answers it was due to not finding me with a Google search or on social media. Who does that???? Text message, takes money, tries to see a picture on social media? This is for a child's harness in an airplane for goodness sakes. It's just a woman who gives herself fake reviews. I had to file fraud charges wth our bank as she never refunded any money. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Rentcares.com

You were notified via email (hotmail) regarding the cancelation of your order. I did not get a reply from that.
You then sent an email from a different email address to which I replied and stated, yet again, that your reservation was canceled. I did not get a reply either. Do you ever check your emails?
I've been in business for a long time and my contact information has remained the same: email, voicemail and sms.
I received ONE phone call from you on August 18th at 7:23am and I replied after 10 am (because thats our office time!) The reason I sent you a text message is because you did not leave your name!
I never said GOOGLE or SOCIAL media to you - that is a blatant lie. I said a background check failed which was stated in my rental agreement. Some of your information do not match. A different person was popping up.
I'm not going to send my property to a JANE hoping it would go to a SUSAN.
If you have checked your email before we wouldn't have this discussion. I would have asked you questions and we would have resolved it. Fake reviews? That is laughable.
I have two toddlers, I doubt any mother would have time to make fake reviews. I dare you to ask me my customer's emails the ones who wrote testimonials to me because Miss Coyle, you are defaming my business. FILE fraud charges?
How about I file charges against your idiocy? I always refund my customer's money, maybe you should check your back account before you tell lies.
