Nobody paid attention to my claim.
When I reached the Dollar stand at the Morelia, Michoacan Airport they pay no respect for my contract and gave me a lower rate car,which had dents all over the car.
I had no choice because the airport is in the middle of nowhere and close to midnight. The officer asked me to call them the next day to check if my vehicle would be available. I did it and they did not have it (they did not have cars at all that week).
My reservation reference number is: 71216****.
- Rentalcovers does not have phone numbers in case of troubles
- Are blind on the kind of cars that dollar have
- Rentalcover does not respond directly to customer emails

Verified ReviewerCancelled policy on 9th March 2024, offered better coverage by Hire Car company, than online policy by Rental Cover. Now 7th July, still waiting for refund of premium. numerous e-mail reminders sent.
Cancelled policy, still waiting for a refund of the premium, 4 months later. I have sent a number of emails, these have been acknowledged, with promises of a refund but no positive response or refund.

I can send it again if need be. My reference for RentalCover.Com number is X85R-KB9P-INS, issue date 04-21-2024, Priceline trip number 532-***-***-**. Payment method: Visa. Our insurance with Europcar is X5R-KB9P-INS, issue date 05-28-2024, and was made at the time of pick up.
We were under the impression that you covered all damages in full and paid this to Europcar without any intermediate steps.
Europcar said it does not recognize you. We are sharing this with you as your program appears to be a scam and if we do not hear back from you immediately, we will have to report you online and to the Better Business Bureau in Canada and the US.

We rented the car on May 17 of this year and we had an accident. The police were called and our car was towed away.
We called National from the scene of the accident.
We reported our coverage but did not hear about the disposition of the vehicle. I have tried to contact Rental.com via email and have received no response other than a request to submit paperwork that I have no way of acquiring.
- No way to get a response from them
Preferred solution: I have no way to resolve this issue without speaking to someone from the company. I want for someone to call me so that we can resolve this issue quickly.

There's no way to contact them, I have had an issue with my email address and I tried to get in touch with customer service and couldn't reach them. I sent many messages with a different email providing information, I was waiting for 2 days and there's no answer. Also tried to look for info and help on their website, it seems like there's no way to get help

I rented a vehicle and had to pay for your insurance for a total of $108. I arrived at the rental company and they didn't accept yours, so I had to purchase insurance again and I want my money back. I have been given the runaround and nobody wants to refund me.

Verified Reviewer |The car hire insurance I bought was invalid
I bought car hire insurance from Rentalcover via the Ryan Air website at the same time as booking our flights and car hire. However, when we picked up our car in Portugal we were told the insurance was invalid and we may as well throw it away.
We then had to pay for insurance direct with the car hire company. When I tried to follow this up with Rentalcover there is no customer service phone number or email to contact them.

No way to file a claim or contact them
When I went to file a claim, the system errored out. Addtionally, it says I'll need to pay for my claim and provide proof that I did...why am I paying when I paid for insurance with a $0 deductible?
I've been trying to call for the last several hours and I'm told to enter my PIN and my booking #.
The booking number is on everything, but there is no PIN.
This system is a mess. do better.

I filed a claim with Rental Cover almost two months ago. They never responded to say they needed more information, denied the claim or are processing the claim.
Absolutely no communication.
This insurance was sold through booking.com where I booked a rental car. They tout that their insurance costs less than the rental agencies but it's a complete scam.

My email was hacked, so I can't open a claim x679-****-ins. I had no luck contacting a live person to resolve this. The claim was sent to a collection agency, but not to me
