Rental Cover is a SCAM! The rental car company I booked with America Car Rental was a SCAM also!
I tried to use the Rental Cover insurance with another Rental Car Company, and they told me it was only valid insurance with the booking with America Car Rental. When I did not receive a rental car, I had no phone number to call and cancel the Rental Car Insurance with Rental Cover. After returning home from my trip. I tried to cancel using the email site, but the site just keeps saying no cancellations after pickup date.
This company is such a SCAM; as is the rental car company I purchased thru Kayak search engine. I no longer trust Kayak either.

I have never paid for rental car protection, but I did with my last two rentals. A rock hit the windshield, and I'm trying to make a claim.
I booked my rental car through Priceline. When I called the Priceline customer service number, they said my wait time is 167 hours and 53 minutes. I'm supposed to return the rental car tomorrow night, and it has a rock chip in it. I cannot get hold of a person or get logged in.
I tried for over 4 1/2 hours last night to figure it out. I'm so beyond pissed there aren't even words.

I purchased a policy through RentalCover and have been unable to access my account because I never received the access code needed to log in. Without this code, I cannot start my claim or manage my policy online.
I have repeatedly emailed their support team about this issue, but no one has responded to me.
My emails go unanswered, and I havent received any help or follow-up communication. Im extremely frustrated that Im left unable to use a service I paid for and cant get a response from customer support.
I expect prompt support from a company that handles insurance claims.
Not receiving any reply and being stuck in limbo is unacceptable. If RentalCover doesnt fix this quickly, I will have to escalate this issue further.

I booked a flight on Feb. 6, 2026, from Charleston, SC, to St.
Louis, MO, and had to change the flight to Feb. 4, 2026, on United Airlines. I had trip protection, which I paid extra for. I want to be reimbursed for the flight.
I also had to book another car rental.
Priceline would not change the flight after they told me they would before I made the reservation. My reservation number is LLSGQP, and the ticket number is 016736****349.

I keep receiving emails with links to claim my insurance refund but the link doesn't proceed to the next stage of accepting my bank account details. I have sent several emails to them and receive the same computer-generated response that they are working on resolving the issue. It's complete bull...t.
The "Help Center" is a complete farce and sends you round in circles. I will be complaining to Booking.com.

I rented a car on July 30, 2024, through Priceline from National/Enterprise Rental Car and insurance from RentalCover.com. The windshield was cracked and I filed a claim with RentalCover.com.
After repeatedly requesting the same information, RentalCover.com quit responding.
Now, I am getting collection notices from Enterprise. I believe RentalCover.com is a scam company that needs to be investigated.
