This company is a scam. They were recommended through Booking.Com.
I keep receiving emails with links to claim my insurance refund but the link doesn't proceed to the next stage of accepting my bank account details. I have sent several emails to them and receive the same computer-generated response that they are working on resolving the issue. It's complete bull...t.
The "Help Center" is a complete farce and sends you round in circles. I will be complaining to Booking.com.

I rented a car on July 30, 2024, through Priceline from National/Enterprise Rental Car and insurance from RentalCover.com. The windshield was cracked and I filed a claim with RentalCover.com.
After repeatedly requesting the same information, RentalCover.com quit responding.
Now, I am getting collection notices from Enterprise. I believe RentalCover.com is a scam company that needs to be investigated.

Have glowing rosy ads claiming EASY CLAIM REIMBURSEMENTS however that is not the case at all.Filed claim for damaged windshield multiple times with NO reply or acknowledgement.threaten to report to state attorney general and FINALLY got reply saying they received the claim.After sending the 6 or 7 supporting documents the company accepted my claim only to tell me they were covering LESS than half the claim amount.This was coverage that promised NO DEDUCTIBLE!Now trying to contact the company to find out WHY they won't stand behind their promises.OF COURSE THEY DON'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT ANYONE AND IT'S BEEN 3 WEEKS WITH NO REPLY ON THEIR PART SO IT APPEARS THAT I WILL HAVE TO CONTACT MY STATE FRAUD DIVISION TO SEE IF I CAN GET MY CLAIM PAID.

I made a reservation with Hertz through Priceline and included rental insurance. I never received the rental car as Hertz had no cars available.
I was told by Priceline that the rental was canceled.
However, charges of $78 were charged to my credit card. I demand a refund since no car was provided.

I purchased coverage for peace of mind and because RentalCover was being offered on the rental companies website. Everything seems ok I ended up in any accident and file a claim as soon as I received the documents from the rental company.
The claim have been stuck and no one respond to over 5 enquiries they said were escalated.
The rental company also said they look sent emails. Please look into FK3F-SBFB-INS

My overall experience was not great I do not like people to place payments or take payments off my card without my authorization
Although I extended my rental car on September 17th, I did not extend my accident insurance. I did not give anyone permission to access my card, and I certainly did not authorize the removal of $113.
I did not do that. I would like my money replaced back on my card because I didn't need more time on the insurance.
I understood that it was not going to last past September 17th, and I did not want to continue the insurance. You had no right to go and take my money without my prior authorization, and I will take you to court if you do not return my money.

I bought car insurance on a rental car, car was stolen and rental cover live for over six months, asking for information over and over again before denying claim
Honor the contract and pay the damages to the rental car company for the stolen vehicle instead of trying to put it off on me

RentalCar.com took extra money from my card due to me extending my rental. I did not ask to extend the protection.
I did not sign to extend the rental car protection either. I simply extended the rental car, not the protection. I received the text where it asked if I wanted to extend.
I did not, so you had no right to charge my card $113. I would like my money back, or I will take you to court.
