No Phone Number to Cancel Policy - No Car Rented - No Refund!

Rental Cover is a SCAM! The rental car company I booked with America Car Rental was a SCAM also!

I tried to use the Rental Cover insurance with another Rental Car Company, and they told me it was only valid insurance with the booking with America Car Rental. When I did not receive a rental car, I had no phone number to call and cancel the Rental Car Insurance with Rental Cover. After returning home from my trip. I tried to cancel using the email site, but the site just keeps saying no cancellations after pickup date.

This company is such a SCAM; as is the rental car company I purchased thru Kayak search engine. I no longer trust Kayak either.

I have never paid for rental car protection, but I did with my last two rentals. A rock hit the windshield, and I'm trying to make a claim.

I booked my rental car through Priceline. When I called the Priceline customer service number, they said my wait time is 167 hours and 53 minutes. I'm supposed to return the rental car tomorrow night, and it has a rock chip in it. I cannot get hold of a person or get logged in.

I tried for over 4 1/2 hours last night to figure it out. I'm so beyond pissed there aren't even words.

The problem is when you go to your website it literally just circles back circles back and tells you to login with your email and I probably sent 50 email verifications to get logged in to talk with somebody and never once did I get a return verification code to be able to do that. As it stands, I would love to speak to somebody in person or have a phone number for your customer service to call.

I returned the rental car of they're holding money. I have the coverage. You are attached to my Priceline reservation. When you call Priceline's customer service number the wait time is over 165 hours which is days and it's been over a week and I haven't gotten a phone call back from them either.

I would just like to say that if somebody does not get back to me in person and give me a number that I can call to speak with somebody I will probably be finding a way to small claims This situation. This is ridiculous. You had great reviews when I look for when people file claims but I have no idea what avenue to take to get a hold of somebody to file this claim.

It does not work when you say to put in the email attached to the reservation and get a verification code. I've checked my spam folder, trash inbox nothing!!

Customers that have made a claim can also access claim status updates and all communications within the RentalCover Claims Center - https://***/claim. Your RentalCover Account is automatically created using the same email (or we use phone numbers if a customer does not have an email address) that was used when purchasing RentalCover Protection, unless it’s been changed by a customer. If you’re having trouble finding our emails, make sure to check your social, promotions, spam, and junk folders. If you have multiple email addresses, be sure to check them all, as you may have purchased using a different email address.

Apple Privacy users who choose “Hide My Email” may occasionally have issues when they raise support tickets as we wouldn’t recognize the email address that you used. You can resubmit your ticket using your normal email address or by relying on our RentalCover Help Center (https://***/help). We usually find that there’s a support article relevant to the issues raised in support tickets, in which case we will include the article information in our response.

Cannot Receive Access Code — Can’t Open Account or Start Claim

My emails go unanswered, and I havent received any help or follow-up communication. Im extremely frustrated that Im left unable to use a service I paid for and cant get a response from customer support.

I expect prompt support from a company that handles insurance claims.

Not receiving any reply and being stuck in limbo is unacceptable. If RentalCover doesnt fix this quickly, I will have to escalate this issue further.

Priceline runaround

They are processing a claim from August 8th today is November 14th. They do not contact you it's crazy they have not helped at all. Now I am being sent to collections SMH.

I have the same issue with RentalCover.com. They send a screenshot that payment was issued to my rental company, but check never arrived.

We should open a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against this company. I'm quite sure hundreds of customers got scammed by them and more in the future.

I did get the initial response from helpcenter via chat/email. But after that no more updates.

I was told the payment department would look into the issue, its been more than few weeks and still no progress. Rental company is is continuously asking me for the payment before sending it to collections.

This company is a scam. They were recommended through Booking.Com.

I keep receiving emails with links to claim my insurance refund but the link doesn't proceed to the next stage of accepting my bank account details. I have sent several emails to them and receive the same computer-generated response that they are working on resolving the issue. It's complete bull...t.

The "Help Center" is a complete farce and sends you round in circles. I will be complaining to Booking.com.

YES, I AGREE. They 'conned' me into paying $104 for my AVIS rental car insurance while in Panama.

I CAN'T EVEN FIND THEM!!! NO PHONE, NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL QUESTIONS; IT'S TRULY LIKE THEY DON'T EVEN EXIST!!!!

Yes, I am pissed but I still have to try to recover my $104 USD. I detest con artist companies like this; the *** of the earth!
