Denial of refund and poor customer service

On the 17th of June I was attending a atv ride with 3 other people which made the event for 5 people. Our reservation was originally for 4pm but because we arrived early and was the lasting booking we was able to go out at 3:45pm Upon doing the inspection of the bikes we noticed a lot of wear and tear on the bikes and they looked like nothing on the website., During the instruction time my bike cut off 3 times before we even got unto the track, the young lady working had to change the spark plug before we even left from the trailer.

Once we proceeded down the track and made it to the end my wife proceeded to turn around the bike shut down at 4:15pm.. The number they gave us to call if something happened was just ringing and no response. One of the riders went to the front to retrieve a worker. At that time she stated how does that go its cutting into our riding tine, Then the guy bear decided to drive his truck.

They made it out at 4:43pm only to determine that they couldn't fix the bike and they didn't have one to replace it. y made it to us at wife bike broke down at 4:15pm your guys made it to her at 4:43 and determined they couldnt fix her bike or give us another one. The lady Tammy told us we needed to call the office next week in regards to the refund because she didn't handle the funds. Me and my wife made several attempts to call and our phone calls was never returned, Emails on website are not operable.

After about a week of no respond I reach out to someone at the park asking to deliver a message( the lady name was Rhonda and was very helpful.. I explained to her that the owner/workers had been non responsive to she gave Me personal cellphone numbers.

I was able to talk to the lady that made the notation on the contract and she apologized for the delay and stated that she sent the message over. Still i was being ignored until i sent a text message that i was going to go another route,

User's recommendation: Do not do business, Bikes need to be updated and policies need to be updated and website
