Renpho did not respond to service request. Massager would not work after a few weeks
I have a renpho cordless massager model RF-EM2018C PURCHASEDa couple years ago. Used it occasionally for a month or two for a hamstring issue.
I have not used it since (was stored in bedroom closet). I need to use it again so I plugged it in to charge-left it for a day and it does not turn on. The light on the plug-in charger turns on green and there is a beeping sound when I put the massager into the base.
However, no light appears on the massager to indicate that it is charging. Any advice?

Question about your heated foot massager
Dear Sirs,
I am writing to find out about your massager. I have neuropathy in my feet and especially in my toes.
My foot size is 10.5.
I want to know if your rollers touch all the toes and massages them. I also want to know if I buy the 2 year warranty if I will get a replacement unit if it fails, Thank you.

To cancel items
After leaving a message on here and their answer machine, they phoned back. I was able to cancel both items for a full refund. This enabled me to buy the items at the cheaper price which Id found

Resolved: They don’t allow you to contact them
I found the items ordered over £40 cheaper else where! I did this within minutes of ordering and I could not contact them

Problem with massager
I tried to contact you on the online chat but couldn't find it again, tried calling the UK number but its not in service?
I have all the details to return the faulty massager but can't get in touch with anyone?
