Asunto: Queja formal por agresión y trato discriminatorio por parte de un vigilante de seguridad en la estación de tren de Pinto
Estimados/as responsables de Renfe,
Mi nombre es Jawad Bitari, ciudadano marroquí. Les escribo para presentar una queja formal sobre un incidente extremadamente humillante que sufrí en la estación de tren de Pinto el día 17 de abril de 2025, entre las 13:00 y las 14:00 horas.
En ese momento, mientras caminaba tranquilamente por la estación junto a otro ciudadano marroquí, una mujer nos acusó falsamente de seguirla. Un vigilante de seguridad intervino de forma agresiva; la otra persona huyó, pero yo me quedé y cooperé. A pesar de mi actitud pacífica, fui insultado, agredido físicamente, esposado con violencia y dejado en ese estado, en medio de la estación, delante de todos los pasajeros durante más de una hora, sin haber cometido ningún delito.
El vigilante también pronunció frases que no comprendí del todo, pero el tono era claramente discriminatorio hacia los árabes, lo que aumentó mi sentimiento de humillación e injusticia.
Todo lo ocurrido quedó registrado por las cámaras de seguridad de la estación, y solicito formalmente que se revisen esas grabaciones como prueba.
En ese momento, me encontraba viviendo en San Martín, Madrid, pero actualmente he regresado a Marruecos tras la expiración de mi visado. Sin embargo, esta experiencia me marcó tanto que no he podido superarla, por lo que he solicitado y pagado una nueva visa con la única intención de regresar a España y presentar una denuncia oficial contra el vigilante de seguridad. Siento que no puedo seguir adelante sin que se haga justicia por lo que me ocurrió.
Les ruego que atiendan esta queja con la seriedad que merece y quedo a la espera de una respuesta formal por parte de su entidad.

Hello,
I bought tickets from Valencia to Alicante for October 5, instead of October 4. Your employee canceled my tickets at 'Estación de Valencia Joaquin Sorolla Adif' and said that you would refund my money automatically.
That hasn't happened yet, so I don't know when you will refund me. Do I need to send the ticket stub I received when I canceled the ticket?

OExtremely bad handling of comfort and premier ticket passengers while train is cancelled and we are just bound to travel with all inconveniences despite spending so much money for higher class tickets. Our 8:25 train got cancelled and we were not informed about the most vital info that 8:25 train is combined with 09:00 train to Atocha and we should look for Coach No.2 of 08:25 train.
We boarded coach no.2 of 09:00 train and finally was offered 2 most ordinary non reclining seats in coach no.5 of 09:00 train
The premium fare paid by us (me 64 year old with both knees operated and my wife is 58 year old) was just useless. We never had such bad experience in our various trips in Europe including Germany, Switzerland.
Renfe must be upgraded to handle english speaking visitors with care and right info

The names on the tickets are wrongly written. Is this a problem? Correct would be: Bakhshineh, Nahid and Heinrichs, Maria Andrea.
Please modify or confirm that the tickets can be used like this.

No me permite sacar boletos
He tenido problemas con ustedes a la hora de sacar mis boletos desde ayer a través del portal oficial de ustedes me rechaza las transacciones de las compras de los boletos. Llamé a mi banco y me dijeron que mis cuentas de las tarjetas de créditos de ( Bank of America)utilizadas tanto por mi como por mi esposa no tienen problemas ni están bloqueadas por alguna activida sospechosa .
Me explicaron que contactaran con ustedes para ver qué solución nos va a dar porque deseamos seguir comprando los tikes con ustedes. Ya que tenemos un viaje en el próximo mes a España y no quisiéramos tener contratiempos con esto.

Same old same old, why won’t you acknowledge emails and claim.
Still unresolved, Feve/Renfe reply states not their department and gave information where to write or call. Sadly been there and been doing it for over a year with no results….Basically they refuse to give the information on a postal address and ignore every email..
Received reply telling us it was the incorrect department and gave us same information we have using to try and resolve our claim to no avail for over one year. We will keep trying…

We have received a reply from another Department giving us the same email and phone numbers that we have been trying for over one year. No one in Feve or Renfe will give us an actual physical postal address to write to, HELP……..That is all we want so they will acknowledge our claim and not keep ignoring it..We will keep trying as it is a lot on money to lose because of such appalling service.
