Great design and weight if it was still 1976 | Management is juvenile at best

This would be a revolutionary product if we were still listening to music on 8-tracks and driving Pintos. The product itself, the owner, and customer service all seem as though they haven't improved in over four decades.

If you want a chair that weighs as much as a tank but is as sturdy as something made out of cheap aluminium, this is the perfect product for you. So, if that's you, hop in your Pinto, put in your 8-track, and head to a drive-in with your Renetto chair; you'll get along just perfectly.

However, if you're looking for something better, there are too many other options to mention. Do your homework and avoid this company.

This is cynthia moore and Craig Daniels we ordered 2 chairs from you all that were damaged we sent them back made another order for 2 more chairs then emailed you all and ask for our chairs to not be damaged this time cause we needed to use our chairs that's when this real nasty talking guy called my home without my permission going off on me because he said UPS did not give him credit for the damaged chairs then he canceled our order after hanging up on us please give us a call 513-551-**** this is not going away what kind of company is this cynthia moore thank you call as soon as possible

Renetto - Poor product and arrogant customer service

I got a chair that was expensive and suitable for a 500lbs+ person. Simply not ergonomic for a person of average height, size, and weight.

Customer service first did not respond to my email and then provided no resolution when I asked that the chair be swapped for something actually suitable to a normal person.

Terrible.

Flaw in product

Renetto - Flaw in product

Ordered chair May 2022. Received delayed June 2022.

Used thru season and took it out to use this season and upon sitting, discovered that the grommet where the seat of the chair sits is torn. Advised service department along with a picture. Service department advised NOT covered since it wasn't frame or hardware. So now I can't use this product since the tear will continue and may end up on the ground.

Although they claim they have NEVER seen a tear like this, maybe a factory flaw in my opinion, it still leaves me with a chair that is unsafe to use and only good for a couple of months. I regret spending money on this company.

I need my refund

It is all in my text. I send back to you two chairs but yet I have not yet receive my refund.

I have purchased two chairs & I was told that instead of swapping the chairs, I was advised to buy two new chairs & returns the chairs I got low to the ground. After receiving the return label, I returned the two chairs. My invoice # was 68371. when I purchased.

Return label was sent to me by ups tracking number, #1Z584R4X904756****. I gave you enough info, hope to receive the refund.

Chair broke after just a few uses - when it did work we quickly learned that it is extremely heavy and difficult to move - so many better designs on the market zero reason to deal with this old design. To make matters worse the customer service all the way up to the owner are arrogant and of little to no help. Avoid at all costs - as others have mentioned too many other options out there to deal with their crap

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I ordered 3 chairs and 3 sets of shades. All came except for 1 pair of shades.

I simply inquired about missing items and said if they don't come, I will need to get my money back. When I mentioned that I would be filing with my CC company, he got super defensive and offensive. Steve boasted how he could come after me for 3 times the amount and how he has millions of dollars and isn't worried about bad reviews, when all he had to do is say is that he sent the missing items. Then I asked for the tracking number, no response.

Sure, I asked for my money back for the missing items, isn't that my right?

Also, he sent return labels which is a sales trick, once you do that you have to either return everything. Watch out, this a scary to with!

User doesn't sound particularly reasonable and comes off aggressive. Come at companies in a collaborative way and they often respond better (not always, I have had to use BBB to negotiate a bunch in the last couple of years). But often.

Poor Customer Service

The only reason they got 1 star is because I couldnt give them 0. Please people, save your money!

A $100 chair shouldnt be torn within a few weeks of purchase. The suggestion from Customer Service was for ME to sew it myself. WTH! The only thing customer service is good for is telling you how long theyve been in customer service!

I hope anyone reading these reviews decides to take their business elsewhere. Wish someone had warned me!ununGR

Chair is $69.95 NOT $100.00. I have owned mine for three years-and have not treated it great, but it is still in great shape.

Think it’s the best canopy chair on the market. Is awesome in the sun at the kids baseball games.

Poor customer experience

We purchased these chairs several years ago directly from Renetto. We liked the design, and were looking for something that provided shade.

The chairs did not arrive on time, and many inquiries met with odd, vague responses from the owner of the company. I finally received the chairs weeks after they were promised and wrote a couple reviews of the experience. We were threatened with legal action by the owner for sharing the truth. Nothing came of the bullying as we only stated the truth.

After using the chairs for a year or so, they started falling apart. Not worth the money and definitely not worth the hassle of dealing with this company.

Based on reviews I ordered two chairs over the weekend; Monday morning I realized I ordered the wrong chairs. I checked online and my order had not been fulfilled, so I tried calling them.

No one answered. I left messages. No response.

I emailed multiple addresses, No response. This all makes me wonder how do they stand behind their warrenty if they can't be reached?

You might think you would receive stellar service when you buy a soccer/tailgate chair for triple the price of the competition, but sadly, that is definitely NOT the case with Renetto.

We purchased two footrests for our chairs. The footrests came without enough screws to put them on.

and they did not fit on properly. Should have been a simple problem to fix. Sadly we called and no one answered at 'customer service,' which is a joke of a term with this company. So, we left a voicemail which was unreturned.

We also sent two emails.

Also, never returned. Pathetic service from a company which could care less about customers!
