We never received our wheels for chairs
Previously paid for set of wheels but never received themgladly recommend product based on quality of past 4 chairs we have.

Awful customer service - heavy poor design that hasn't been updated in decades
Chair broke after just a few uses - when it did work we quickly learned that it is extremely heavy and difficult to move - so many better designs on the market zero reason to deal with this old design. To make matters worse the customer service all the way up to the owner are arrogant and of little to no help. Avoid at all costs - as others have mentioned too many other options out there to deal with their crap

Horrible customer Service and product
Product was sub standard heavy and seems like it was designed in the 70s Customer service is horrible and when you try to escalate to upper management it just gets worse Too many other better options out there dont waste your time here
