Abusive, Ignorant, and Rude Agent at Renasant Insurance Inc in Tupelo MS
- - An agent at Renasant Insurance in Tupelo, MS was aggressive, rude, and abusive, including screaming.
Every day, I speak with Insurance Agents from all parts of the country. I have never ever seen a more aggressive, rude and ignorant agent as the one I spoke to at Renasant Insurance in Tupelo, MS.
She screamed at me and was exceedingly abusive. I'm not sure if she was drunk. But her behavior was absolutely awful. She did not have common decency or respect.
Maybe it's because she was working from home at the time and felt no one would hear her.
But she was a very nasty character. One of the worst people I've ever spoken to in my life.
I hear its several agents that work at this location and I'm sure they will try to discern who this is about but let me tell you - she sounded like an older woman.
One of the things I've always been told while working with people is that we have internal and external customers. The person we are speaking to may be a coworker or someone from another department. However, they may potentially be a customer as well.
How we represent ourselves reflects on us and the company. We should never be crude and disrespectful because that person will always remember, and they will talk to others and tell others about their experience.
This woman tried to diminish me by throwing out insults and acting in an abrasive and snobbish manner. She was not professional at all. The screaming and insults and belittling remarks says more about HER than I.
The owner of this agency has no idea how nasty this particular individual is.
Even on my WORST DAY.. I am still better than her. I am cultured and intelligent and I don't scream at strangers and belittle strangers and try to diminish them in any sort of way.
She must be a very unhappy, miserable person.
Maybe her name was Melinda or Melissa... I'm not sure.
But I know she works at this agency and she is an absolute terror.

Preferred solution: No Solution. I just felt it was important to share my experience. It's hard to leave a critical review on this agency because it appears they use some service that removes them.
