This bank has taken my money and now I’m locked out of my account because my account got hacked and I’m being treated like the criminal instead of the victim

DontMy provisional credit that took 10 days to get then they took it back without even contacting Apple to see where they put in that I did not do the transaction and that I was a victim of fraud

I have denied dispute.

1) The letter indicated someone attempted to obtain information from me, but had not been successful. This is a flat out lie, no one attempted to reach out to me.

2) When the number that is provided on the transaction description is called, the number is not in service.

I don't believe the dispute team attempted any call.

3) I was told by a CSR that I needed to provide proof of cancellation for the $29.99.

If the dispute had been read, they would have seen that I did order an item for $12.95 and the dispute indicates I did not make another purchase or authorize a transaction for $29.99 of any sort. If I did not order anything, how can I provide any type of cancellation documentation?

The most sad thing about this entire process is, I can get ripped off as Renasant's customer, and then they do a shoddy job of investigating and then forward me a system generated letter denying my claim.

See why my card nit working

Accessing online banking

For over a week, I have been trying in vain to get a customer service representative to talk to. I stay on the phone for over an hour but no one answers.

When I choose the call back option, nobody calls. My branch is Kennesaw. When I call the branch, nobody answers. I have completed their customer service online form on four different occasions, but nobody has contacted me.

This is beyond ridiculous. Now, I cant get access to my account to transact any business.
