Renaissance Community Partners - Review in Professional Services category

Dobson Place HOA gratuitously charges homeowners for minor issues while neglecting large problems such as scorpion infestations in the neighborhood that have led to me personally being stung in evwry room of my home and in my bed while sleeping. All while i am exterminating not only regularly with harsh scorpion chemicals, but now monthly. This HOA never requires homeownwrs to comply to exterminations even tho scorpions cannot be rid unless all houses do so. This disgusting organization exists only to pilfer from hard working individuals ceaselessly while ignoring serious issues.

Short Review on April 20, 2017

Dobson Place HOA money grubs homeowners regularly, of which i am one who has receieved inordinate fees for minor infractions on lawn care that are never explained clearly by mail or upon calling the office. Their tactics are to antagonize and monetarily penalize as often as possible. I urge home buyers to stay away from purchases that will incude "oversight" by this shameful organization.

Renaissance Community Partners/Dobson Place Communit Association

Renaissance Community Partners/Dobson Place HOA is issuing parking tickets to homeowners in the vicinity of a car that is parked illegally. They are not issuing the ticket to the car/liscense plate. I have received a couple of tickets that don't belong to a car that is associated with my home. RCP/Dobson HOA won't overturn the tickets. I am writting this note in hopes that the Arizona Republic can research RCP and see what they are doing with the money they are collecting through this fradulent practice. I am not sure if other Community Management Associations in the Valley are in this unethical practice. I can be reached for further discussion at robertcwhite65@***.com
