Error On personalization for my recent order
I placed a recent order (#90109) when I received confirmation of the order the personalization was incorrect. I am trying to get this corrected as soon as possible . The one date should have been 1942 not 2942

Not happy with the quality
I have left reviews and they just delete them or should I say they filter out bad reviews so only good reviews show on their website. They say this meets their standard of quality.
It doesn't meet mine. I will not give this poor quality of a gift to my friend in memory of her husband
I had a photo memory heart made for my friend. I stated to the company twice if this picture will not work please let me know and I will send a different one.
You can see a line where the picture was laid and its pixalated. The owner told me its because I cropped it too much, well why didn't you tell me earlier I would have sent another picture as I stated.
Now they say they can't return it because of covid. They made this and sent it to my house during covid!do not order a photo gift
