I paid this company to disassembly my gym equipment, so it could be moved by United Van Lines. Once it was moved safely to my new home in Illinois, Relo Solutions sent out another pair of technicians to reassembly my Elliptical Machine, Treadmill, Stationary Bike and Universal Gym equipment. However, the technicians at the original home did not disassemble part of Treadmill enough, or the Bench Press, so when the Illinois technicians showed up, they immediately started complaining about the equipment not being disassembled, or moved into our new gym in Illinois. Therefore, my wife and I disassembled these pieces of equipment ourselves and moved them into the new gym ourselves. Once the technicians finally started to reassemble, 10 minutes into their reassembly of the first machine (my Elliptical machine), they tried to insert three of my metric bolts from the Treadmill into English threaded holes in the Elliptical. Since they were close in size, the tried to force the bolts in, but they cross threaded and snapped off all three Rivnuts on the inside of the main support tube. They left without doing anything further. I called Relo Solutions and talked to their claims manager (Patty Hughes) at Relo Solutions to repair my equipment, they refused, saying that my perfectly good Elliptical machine that I paid $2,700 for in 2001 was too old and not worth repairing. They claimed it had been depreciated and that they would not do anything to repair or replace my $2,700 Elliptical machine that they destroyed. Since Patty Hughes refused to help me, I emailed the owner of the company (Jim Walsh) today and I had to send him a video I took while the Technicians were admitting to their error of inserting the wrong bolts. However he never responded. It has now been 3 weeks since my equipment was moved and none of it has be reassembled, and one expensive piece has been ruined. Do NOT ever use this company to disassemble or reassemble anything! User's recommendation: Never Use Relo Solutions to disassemble or reassemble equipment of any kind for moving.
