The three owners consist of one uneducated mechanic and two silent partners with $$$. The mechanic spends much of his time having mindless meetings with anyone who is stupid enough to accept his countless invites.
The subject matter invariably ranges from his divorce, to his pride in not attending high school, to his lack of any morals or ethics. He also enjoys any kind of drama and speaking poorly of all employees that quit (because of his insanity). He particularly enjoys surrounding himself with a handful of secretaries or clerks that cater to his narcissistic behavior. The customer service is non-existent; transferring a call is a challenge for the girls.
You will find them more interested in servicing everyone except the customer. The employee turnover is extreme resulting in a very poor experience in maintenance and employment. If you are able to tolerate "stupid" or enjoy an owner’s ignorance, or don’t mind being asked to jeopardize your professionalism, give this company a shot for the training experience.
After that go to Boca Aircraft Mx for a real job that you will enjoy and be proud of. Reliable Jet Mx is the laughing stock of the Boca Airport because of the psychotic owner.

The Company repairs private jets. The owners of private jets are not born yesterday.
I am a pilot. The pilots usually manage the jet services. I met the owner (or so she said) of Reliable at the OpaLocka location in 2016. Sonia Scacco.
She doesn't know anything about jet services. All she is interested in is her next meal ticket. In addition to being uneducated, she is rude to both clients and employees. When asked a straightforward service question, she will yap and yap and yap about everything but an honest answer.
She fancies herself as a big wheel and as such she just goes in circles. The employees told me that reasoning price with her is useless. She is hard to track down between her arrivals and departures. When you manage to catch up with her, in the end you'll wish you hadn't as she is useless.
Poor reputation, poor customer service, poor owner/manager. Skip the abuse and go to Boca Aircraft Maintenance.

The good news for Opalocka is that she (Sonya Scanco, as she is known) has been banished to the Boca office as a secretary. Bad news for Boca. Now she can focus on skills she has like doing her nails and of course, her feedings :) ps she is NOT the owner....just delusional.
