After writing here and searching for their home location for three company and writing them there as well - within 2 days max (I really think it was within 1 day honestly) a different person wrote me and we exchanged info and they did it for me. That was way above and beyond what they had to do. I was in true character of this sites name. I regret that now. If your reading this I'm very sorry.

Things were handled quickly and efficiently. For a bit i was worried but since their contact things are much better

Unfair Write-Off of account during a Pandemic

My bank account was compromised in December and all my money was stolen. Because I opted not to prosecute the bank did not give my money back, which caused all my bills to be late and a financial hardship. I have two accounts with Reliable Credit and I tried to combine them so I could make one payment instead of two. I was told by the Federal Way office where I have one account I could, but the Tacoma office where I have my second account said I could not. While I waited for a response my account when further past due. By February I was told to pay the full balance or go into collection for loan number 1 at the Federal Way branch. I said I did not have the over 3000 amount and she immediately wrote off my account in February during a pandemic. I was told today by Stewart the Vice President of Reliable that they ask for the past due and not the full balance. I informed him that the manger at the Federal Way store demanded the full balance or I would have tried to work something out. I tried to fix this back in February, July and now again in December. I just want them to do the right thing. I have had a past loans with them and always paid on time. I also have an existing loan with them and pay it on time too. I feel I should not have had this done to me during a Pandemic.

Preferred solution: Pull my loan back and reopen it so I can pay it off to Reliable Credit and not collections

How kind.. Your choice cost you. Deal with it. You can’t have it both ways.

You can’t protect a thief and get your money back. Sue the thief who stole from you and wrecked your credit.

They repoed car for no reason at all

Reliable credit repoed Nicki Aguirres car and said the bank told them her account was frozen. We spoke to thia bank yesterday and they are real eager to speak to your comoany they said reliable credit never even tried to get any money out of nicholes account. They have all the records and i do believe that they would not lie to me. Ny the way i am an attorney that Nicki has asked for some advise. This case is outrageous. She has missed three days work now and you are wanting her to pay 2000 to get her car back. How about you get a hold of her today and have her pick up her car and then this will go no farther. Or we can go the other route which o dont believe ypu will like that much thank you for your time

Reliable Credit is no Reliable salution

I needed a short term loan. I have laond from them before 10,000. I paid that loan off never late. I had some unexpected experience and they belittled me on my financial situation why they would not grant me a small loan when I paid of the last one with the same income? Why did they fell it necessary to kick me when I'm down? They scoffed at my situation and made me feel two inches tall. So thanks Reliable Credit of Boise ID, You send me letters once a month saying I'm a valued client telling me if I need a loan to let you know how you can help, and in a time of need I get laughed at. I can stand rejection but add insult and complete disrespect and that is another thing. Sincerely Pissed.
