Great Customer Assistance from Payton

Had all the correct answers to my questions about master cylinder kits and slave cylinders. I purchased 2 rebuild kits for two masters and 2 slave cylinders.

Because she had all the correct answers. If I was her supervisor, I would give her a raise.

She was friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for correct parts and great service

Terrible customer service people do not know what they are doing answering phones do not returnncall

Tried to order tractor canopy I found on lie from them

Had some questions talked to a person named Peyton

Never got back to me with answers to questions. Left at least r3 messages

Past experience with co was good

Now they are terrible

Parts are cheap junk. No service after the sale.

Ordered a steering cylinder. First off the clamps and bolts were cheap.

The bolts stripped before the clamps were tight enough to hold the ends. I finally took the clamps off of my old cylinder. Then when I thought I was done, I started the tractor and the cylinder leaked. Customer service wants me to buy another one and send the leaking one in.

Or send it in so they can inspect it and perhaps replace it.

So I either pay twice or I'm without the use of my tractor while they decide if they're going to replace it or not. And this is during hay season, so neither option is good.

Fed up with incompetence

these people are terrible , there catalogue is full of errors, i had to email them several times to get part number. they screwed up shipping costs, they sent 3 of 4 parts the last part i have never received, there answer was to return part for refund.

Since I started this on your site (pissedcustomer) I have emailed them again and once again reply... A phone call to the company put me on hold and never came back...

Called again and no answer... How can they get their product back and keep my refund, can someone explain that to me? I'm thinking of calling the BBB in their county or getting an attorney but that costs more than I can get back... I appreciate any help in this matter...

I've been waiting for someone to communicate with for another week or so... First, June 8th.

Jennifer assured me that this kit would fit my mower deck... On June 10-15 I phoned and Jennifer passed me over to Justin to look into if this kit I purchased was the right one... I called him back because he never called me back... This is still in June 2021...

I got his voice mail but never heard back... I purchased this kit to redo my mower deck this winter but we had a lot of rain and I couldn't mow so I started on my repair... "To my SUPRISE the kit would not fit" Now my return is after eBay's return policy, but reliableaftermarketparts.inc sent me a return shipping label that I ask for and shipped the kit back... Now I've been passed to Donnie and he seemed to want to help me...

After a couple of back and forth on the phone now Donnie wouldn't answer or return my phone calls! They have their kit back, now I want my refund back! I think I've been more than patient, the 30 days for my return should have been done way back in June 2021...

Through no fault of my own is this my fault, I was assured this was the right kit! Holidays are here and I could use my money...

Junk parts

I ordered a starter for my Ford tractor on May 2 got it May 3 I only live about 50 miles from them. I called them May 3 the started drive is stuck out the starter was broke!

They said they would send me a return label I had to remind them 3 days later to send it. I got the label send it back May 6 waited a few days after waiting for a few days nothing called them they said[ THEY COULD NOT GIVE A REFUND THEY HAD TO SEND IT BACK TO TAWIAN TO GET IT CHECKED OUT AND THEY COULD O.K THE REFUND] IT does not say in their refund anything about that!

And the thing that answered the phone their LAUGH at my wife when she said refund. This company is a JOKE...………………………!
