Advertised pictures of the products are not accuractly representative of the product
I ordered several Christmas ornaments with dogs on them. The picture they show appears to be like the ornaments we expect to receive which is normal and customary in the business.
In fact they are not. The actual product is substandard. Not a ornament at all but more like a trinket you would attach to a key ring. They are punched items, only about 1/4 " thick.
When you request a refund they insult you with a horribly low offer and if you continue to complain, the say they will give you another low refund offer but you are required to return the piece of junk, at your expense. You must ship to mainland China. BEWARE. First photo shows advertising picture.
Second shows what you actually receive. Don't do business with this company.
