The older grey haired lady was just rude and nasty to me from the jump. Show me on the phone she had three rooms.

To my face less than 5 minutes later she said she had none till I told her I was one of the ones I called. I have two service dogs which I didn't have right at that moment with me tell her I would bring the paperwork back when I came back with them next morning at 8:00 a.m. I was out with them and she yelled at me about the paperwork I had to tell her that the lady got a copy last night and she barked at me about cleaning up after which I had two bags in my pocket well I'm tired of you she did nothing but be rude crude and socially unacceptable tell me I need to get a dog sitter so I did between her and his mom they decided no he couldn't do it in the room was just as nasty as her attitude and to top it off she told me Thanksgiving Day I had toleave the next morning even after giving her the paperwork prove their service dogs through New Horizons she is still going to charge me a pet fee I couldn't get clean sheets clean towels clean blankets nothing and she always had some excuse on why I couldn't and the last night that I was there , someone was banging on the wall from 2am till 5 am someone was pushing a shopping cart in front of my window I know that old gray hair lady come past my window a couple few times that night . then I understand my dogs are barking she tried to use the excuse about the deaf guy next door and the lady on the other side of me has seizures.

Waiting next door went to work before I did and got back after I was off work and how is my dogs going to bother a deaf guy even if they had to call the paramedics when she tried to use for an excuse too.

Housekeeping could have come in while I took the dogs for a walk she didn't have to wait till I was at work to have to go in or should I pick the day off and came in and clean but I guarantee you I left that room in way better shape than what I got it hole in the bathroom door stuff that look like boogers on the walls I vacuum to toenails and I never clipped mine when I was there. I paid $360 a week to be treated like *** and live in a nasty room

When I got there I asked lady about the room they had for rent she said they didn't have any I told her I was the one that called she said she had three told her I have two service dogs I'll bring the paperwork when I came back with them and I did the lady at the front desk took a copy she didn't know that and the next morning when she seen me she chewed my *** out and then when I told her to go look she snapped back I hope you clean it up after him I produced two plastic bags to show her that I was about 2 hours later she bitched me for not having the shot records I apologize I said I didn't realize she didn't get a copy of them and produce them for she told me I need to get a dog sitter so I did but between her and his mom they decided that he was not allowed she proceeded just to be ugly to me the whole time I was there and when I spent water in my blanket I wasn't even allowed to have any blankets I didn't get no clean sheets I didn't get clean towels but once and that was in the two weeks I stayed there the room was filthy it look like boogers on the walls the bathroom door had *** in it still had writing on it from some kids I watch The Cockroach come out of the light socket and then to add to her rudeness she tells me on Thanksgiving Day I have to get the *** out the next day I am mentally disabled my dogs are all I have and for her to be that rude ugly and nasty to me not even knowing me is just unreal and for her to interact with the public like she does I don't see how she keeps her job remind you it was from the jump start she was that rude and nasty to me
