Blower in car wash broke my driver's side mirror off. They refuse to pay for replacement, $375
I saw and heard the blower hit the mirror and snap it off. The mirror dropped to the floor of the car wash and had to be retrieved by an employee after I drove around.

First time using this place. Paid $26 and, besides it not coming clean, the guy with the brush damaged my bed cap. Went back to talk to management and got the brush off.

Very diappointing misadventure into poor process and management, not to speak of NO ownership of responsibility when it comes to accidents in its facility. My car was improperly ushered into the caswash on a very hectic and busy day for Reign Car Wash in Wareham.
Manager said 300 plus cars went through before me. When I was brought in I did not see the only attendant on the floors signal to stop and went a little too far into the wash. The attendant came up and told be to put it into neutral as I was standing still and braked at the time. I did as he requested as soap was covering my windshield and I felt a jolt.
The car started moving forward slowly and I thought I was moving through the wash, when in fact after the conveyor set me into motion it was stopped by the remote manager, but my car was now on a roll with no visibility into the car ahead costing me $2000 in damages. Add the blaming response of the management accepting not an iota of responsibility, it was a horrible experience. Oh, they will say they have "multi-angled HD cameras" (intimidating) which prove I was in gear and cause the accident. However, I know what happened, and I was not in gear.
It is the Reign Car Washes responsibility to make the right call when things are not right in the circuit not only with their machines, but with the drivers. That was not done! Their errors in judgement caused an expensive accident with only blame on me to follow. I will take them to court and suggest that Buyer Beware, as their hectic assembly line on the most busy days can put staff, consumer, and managent at risk.
I have paid the price, I hope you never have too. Think Twice about going to this this place.
