Terrible Serivce, Bad customer experience, Rude staff, bad quality products
- Tires flat within 3 weeks of purchase at Reid Cycles.
- Craig was rude and gave no explanation; other shop fixed with new tubes.
Both of my bike tires got flat at the same time after being purchase from Reid Cycles (280-290 Victoria St, North Melbourne VIC 3051). They were no more than 3 weeks old.
Craig, one of the staff was very rude to me and did not take the time to explain the reason of the problem, He simply said that the metal part of my wheel was the problem (i've been using another pair of tubes for at least a year before changing) And said that they simply don't have time to work on my bike for the next 3 weeks, that I should look for another place. Went to another place and they told me the tubes were of bad quality, cheap material. Got new tubes from there and had no issues ever since.
In summary, Reid Cycles sells bad quality material and have a terrible customer service. I would never go to that store again
