Incompetence

2010 Chevrolet Equinox, 90,000 miles. Brought in to Register Chevrolet, Brooksville Florida for repair. Paid over 3000.00. They attempted three times to repair it, even had to call corporate service support and still were unable to repair. Exact same problem each time. Their solution, keep brining it back and we'll try again. They obviously had no idea how to repair it. Wrote letters to corporate, dealership. Absolutely no positive response. No refund...not a penny. No apologies. Obviously bad mistake to bring transmission problems to this dealer.Requested a refund to take it to a transmission specialist. they refused. The only call I received was from service manager who basically re-read my letter of complaint and sighted everything the did.....everything but fixing it.
