I'm sick of trying to get in touch as I need a refund that was promised to me since 14th Feb And have not received it after they emailed me saying refund in 10 days I am very annoyed and can not even get in touch by phone

Really disapointed at the way my hair has turned out

I made an appointment for my usual colour and highlights its all on computer what my colour and highlights are when I went to my appointment by mistake they had put me with a different stylist not the usual one I explained what I wanted I usually have darker blonde colour then lighter blonde highlights she must not of took no notice of me a she coloured my hair orange I was really disappointed over this so next morning I went back to the Birkenhead based regis to tell them I was not happy with my colour the stylist who I spoke to said oh the stylist has done my hair must of forgot to do highlights I was in the salon for two hours what did she do with all that time the salon could not fit me in until the following day I had highlights and wash and style I had to pay for this again which I was not happy with as I had already paid for my hair to be cut and styled. with the highlights it just went from orange to bright orange I feel like Ronald MacDonald this is supposed to be a stylist with qualifications she has ruined my hair I wanted it to look nice as I had my granddaughters graduation I wont even go out at the moment I feel too embarrassed the way I look I have already sent two e-mails to your company but they have been ignored
