In the last two years content has gone down by at least 75%. They used to publish a paper with multiple pages of current event reading and now some days the paper has less than a page (if you take the comics, advertising, and other non-current event content.

Didn't get delivery for two days and it looked like the 3rd was imment so tried to contact their customer service.

Waited in the on-hold queue for over 30 minutes before they just HUNG UP on me. Not pleased so I emailed them. No answer 4 days later, so I phoned again. This time I set the phone down and went on with my morning routine while on hold.

I was on hold for 84 minutes only to be told, when a live person came on, that they could (or would) do nothing other than extend my subscription two days. I had already canceled my subscription to an extension was useless.

She really didn't care and just stayed on script and advised my subscription would be extended. It really sounded like this is a common, everyday, occurrence of no consequence to them.

My son was a Leader post Delivery person in Summer of 2015 He delivered flyers until his sports started up

He even did two routes at the same time so that when he switched routes, so they could find someone.

Yesterday we got a notice in our flyers that they were looking for a delivery person and he thought it might be a good summer opportunity so he left a message for Stacey at the Flyer Dist.

Today I get a call from Stacey and the first things she asks me if I am a person who posted negative comments on fb about them in December I said I never had a FB acct until Jan 2016 she accused me of posting these comments and because of that she would not even consider my son for the delivery job.

OMG are you kidding me I have looked for these so called negative comments and they don't exist.

I then called Jeff Epp her supervisor he advises that Stacey said that my son did not give two weeks notice of ending his route... LIE MUCH you NOW?. Not only are you slandering me now you are lying about my 12 yr old son.

DO NOT let your kids work for the LeaderPost delivering flyers. They dont appreciate it and they dont give a dam

I was appalled at their attitude and it inability to provide proof of said slander when I asked for it.

I have a great deal of integrity and we never had ANY complaints while delivering the paper for them NOT ONCE

STACEY and JEFF are poor excuse for human beings and should not be allowed to slander people and lie about them.

SHAME ON YOU

Not only is this a labour board issue, but its now a human rights issue!! You refused to hire a 12 yr old based on unfounded accusations which is SLANDER!!
