Rude, nasty

Rude, stated that I had to pay out of pocket over 400 CASH, I stated no you need to send authorization paper work to the insurance copy. 2 weeks later I call and I'm informed they just JUST JUST MAILED THEM... I had to stay on them trying to get things done with them stating that they are new to the insurance and in the end stating that my kids are TOO SPECIAL NEED TO BE SEEN THERE !!! And they could refuse for any reason. HOW EVER THEY STATED THEY WERE TOO SPECIAL NEED and stated reading their problems over the phone where others could hear
