Thank god my loan is paid off, beware if you have any problems they will call an call you several times a day and evenging demanding you call them back before 5:30. We wanted to pay off our loan tuesday but it needed to be done rivnt now today.

An if they can not get you on the phone the will come to your home and beat on The door and scare your children, if they say your not home they demand they call you and give them the phone. Managers are *** ingorant, and it is all abiut their monthly stats!

Ivan Levy arrested 3/30/2015 in Palm Beach, Florida. He promised people across the country he could help them refinance their auto loans for a fee was arrested after officials said he failed to provide the service or refund their money.

The office of Financial Regulation and police began investigating Levy after nine people came forward saying he had taken their money and refused to give it back. Levy would tell them that he could help negotiate the terms of the refinancing for a $499 fee, levy used these sites to scam victims:credit-yogi.com or carpaymenthelpcenter.com seeking assistance.His victims hailed from all over the country, including Ohio, California and North Carolina.

Regency Financial Services LLC Lake Worth Fla. I hired them to refinance my auot loan. They submitted me to lenders who tried to get me to join affiliates such as credit monitoring, change auto insurance etc. They won't even let you apply until you join these so called lenders. No lenders approve you or respond to your application. I had to file bankruptcy on the vehicle because Regency Failed to have one of the alleged 500 lenders they have. Any application, they wanted me to purchase a new vehicle, none didn't do refinance. I found ou Regency gets a referral fee for this.They have an *** rating with the BBB.Ivan Levy( Executive Officer) When I asked for a refund. He sent me emails with coarse language, threats to do physical harm, ruin me financially, submit my ss# to google and the entire internet. Beware.
