No statement for last Same As Cash

The July statement to pay off account without interest was never mailed, now all $292 in interest added to account, told statements are courtesy, anyone else pay bills from memory, complete *** that are blatantly raping the consumer, lets put them out of business, do not shop anywhere that uses Regency Finance untill they switch finance companies, not done with them by a long shot. Am contacting local news, all local papers, AP associated press, 20/20, the consumer needs to know what these guys will do for interest money, without the consumer they are finished, please share this with everyone you know or dont know, take it viral, may post warning ad in USA Today also.Rob
