Performed unauthorized dental work

Basically, went into Regency Dental in Vacaville, CA. Went in for Root Canal.
Explained low financial situation. Even though I explained several times I did not have enough to cover anything EXCEPT the root canal to be performed they took my child into the next office and performed work that was not pre-authorized by the insurance group. They explained not to worry they already authorized it. Come to find out they didn't and not only did I get stuck with the bill I couldn't pay, they took me to court and now I have to pay court costs, time and even more money.
