On the 13th Jan we purchased a 17seat Ford mini bus to transport school children we are on hazardous single track roads and require a vehicle fit for its purpose!

The vehicle has been malfunctioning two days after taking delivery of it taking into consideration its been in lockdown since March until Sept ! Numerous calls emails pleading with the company has fallen on deaf ears ! On one occasion the company gave us a mini bus only for 1 day to enable us to full fill our contract bearing in mind that this is no fault of our own and as a small contractor struggling during this uncertain times after paying £20k with vat this is a lot of money to us while the managing director of this company promotes vehicles for free to transport key workers during Covid this rubbed salt into my wounds and I decided to look into the vehicles past history !

I have now found the vehicle does not comply with its mileage recording service and noticed that during an MOT the vehicle failed due to a missing speed limiter plate recording a mileage higher than the mileage on the vehicle when we purchased it some nine months later

I feel the vehicle is showing signs of being tampered with hence reasons for computer gremlins of light glitches and malfunctioning faults !

We have been instructed by Regency to enable us to keep the vehicle filter clear we need to run the vehicle on a motor way frequent and if we dont do this the vehicle will keep failing in power and performance!
