I have Blue Vision through Blue Cross Blue Shield. Davis Vision is the company that does their glasses.
I bought glasses through Country Hills Eye Center in Ogden, Utah. I was promised the glasses in 7 - 10 working days. It will be 28 days on Monday and they have not delivered my glasses. I requested that they reverse the insurance approval so I could get 1-hour service and actually get some glasses.
They refuse to do so and noted on the insurance database that they had filled the order.
Still no glasses. I am submitting a complaint to OPM regarding the failure to provide service but wanted to put this warning out there.
Preferred solution: Full refund
